Software built for your business,
not adapted from someone else's.
Most businesses outgrow off-the-shelf software in the same place: the one process that makes them different is the one the tool refuses to model. That is where a custom build pays for itself. We write the system around how you actually work, ship it in milestones you can click, and hand you the code at the end.
Two kinds of project, one way of working
The system your business runs on
Booking engines, dashboards, admin panels, portals, the tool that replaces a spreadsheet three people are terrified of breaking. Built to carry real volume, and built so the next developer can read it.
- Your workflow modelled properly, not bent into a template
- Roles and permissions, so the right people see the right things
- Reports and exports your accountant will accept
- Built on Java, Python, Node or Go — we pick, and we tell you why
The thing your customers touch
Sites that load fast enough to keep the visitor, and apps that still work when the signal drops. Payments, notifications and offline behaviour are engineering problems, not features to tick — we have written about getting them wrong.
- Fast on a mid-range Android phone, not just on our laptops
- iOS and Android from one codebase, in Flutter
- Razorpay, Stripe and UPI, reconciled properly
- Structured so Google can read it — server-rendered by default
A configurator we built to win a pitch
Custom PC builder

Pick a processor and the tool narrows the motherboards to the ones whose socket fits, then the memory the board takes, then flags a power supply that cannot carry the card. Built as a proposal for a PC retailer rather than delivered work — which is why it is here and not in our cases.
The parts most agencies leave vague
You see it working, weekly
Not a status update and not a percentage. A link you can open and click. The remaining payments are triggered by those demos rather than by dates, so if we are late, you do not pay early.
The price does not move
The quotation names the deliverables and what is explicitly not included. Anything you add later is quoted before it starts. We will not do extra work and invoice you for it afterwards.
You own it at the end
Source code, designs, documentation, the repository and the accounts — assigned to you on final payment. No licence to renew, and nothing you have to come back to us for.
The receipts for this page
Zero bookings on 2,000 monthly visitors — now 30 a month
Hong Sau Resort's Shopify site converted nobody. The rebuild books direct, and the client handed us their second property.

Pearl Dental Clinic, rebuilt around local search with direct appointment booking — 96/100 performance, sub-800ms first load.
Read the case →The four questions every enquiry starts with
How much does a website or app cost?
We quote in writing after five questions — usually the same day, and no sales call is needed to get the number. Every project starts at 30% upfront with the rest due only at working milestone demos, and if the first milestone doesn't earn your trust, the entire 30% is refunded.
How long does a build take?
You see the first working milestone in week one, and a demo video every Friday after that — including the weeks that go badly. Payments are triggered by demos you can click, not dates, so if we run late you don't pay early.
Who owns the code when it's done?
You do, outright. On final payment the source code, designs, documentation, repository and accounts are assigned to you. There is no licence to renew and nothing you have to come back to us for.
Which technologies do you work in?
Whatever your business already runs — Java, Python, Node, Go, Next.js, Flutter for iOS and Android. Choosing the stack is our job, not a question you should have to answer, and we tell you why we picked what we picked.
